CIS has expanded!

To meet the needs of Copenhagen and the city’s growing international community, CIS has opened a new City Campus in August 2011. This expansion has enabled us to offer more students and parents the opportunity to join the CIS family.

Grades 9 – 12 have moved to the new CIS City Campus as of August 2011. We have rented the former Danish gymnasium Østre Borgerdyd in Stockholmsgade, right across the street from Østerport Station. Our long-term plan is to build a brand new and much larger school in Copenhagen within the next five years.

Grades Pre-K – 8 remain at the Hellerup Campus and additional classes have been established as needed.

This means that we have places available in most grade levels - please contact us for the most recent information and do apply early to secure a place!

In connection with the expansion, a limited number of places are available at a reduced fee dependent on the financial means of the family and availability of places in the appropriate grade level(s).
